Import Operating Bank Deposits

Overview: This article will walk you through the steps of how to Import your Operating Bank Account Deposits. 

You must set up the Online Banking Integration in TrustBooks First. Here are the steps Allow Online Banking Integrations

Note access to operating accounting reports is limited to users with a Tier 2 subscription or higher.

Upgrade your account to Tier 2

  1. From the Navigation Pane select Deposits and Import Banking Deposits:

  1. This will open up the Import Deposit Page. Select the Operating Account that you want to import from. 

  1. Select the Chart of Account (required) and fill in the Memo
(Optional) : Select the Matter
  1. Select the check box next to the deposits you want to import in and Select Import Selected Transactions
