Enabling Two-Factor Authentication for Logging in to TrustBooks
Overview
This tutorial will walk you through enabling MFA in your TrustBooks account.
Steps:
- Start on the Dashboard Page, select the Person/Profile Icon drop down to the right - then select Profile:

- At the bottom of the Profile are the Authentication Settings. Select the checkbox to the left of Two-Factor Authentication:

- Choose Either Authenticator App or Email for the Authentication Factor:

The Authenticator App option will display a QR code for you to scan with your app of choice. Once you've successfully set up 2-Factor Authentication in your Authenticator App, you'll be given backup codes — save these now, as they won't be shown again after you confirm:

The Email option will display the email a 2-Factor code will be sent to. Review that the email is correct, then select Send Code:

- Moving Forward, when you login to TrustBooks, you will be required to provide a code from your chosen Authenticator source:
