Exporting a list of Active Matters

Overview: This article will give you the steps to export Active Matters into Excel. 


1. Start on the DASHBOARD page and under CLIENTS & MATTERS, select View Clients and Matters List.  

2. Your View Clients and Matters List is displayed. 

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Export Clients & Matters List from the drop down. 

4. Select Run Reports.  

Note: This export will open in EXCEL. It will list Client Name, Matter, Number, Last Activity, Current Balance and Responsible Attorney. Once in EXCEL you will be able to FILTER, SORT etc. with the data. 

To EXPORT a list of ALL clients and matters, select Show Archived Matters and then export ALL Clients and Matters.
