Transferring Funds Between Bank Accounts
Overview: This article will walk you through the steps to transfer funds between bank accounts.
Steps:
- From the Navigation Pane select Transfer Money under the Deposits drop-down menu:
- The Transfer Money Page will be displayed. Input the Date you transferred the funds.
- Select the Account you want to transfer funds from from the Transfer From drop-down:
- Select the Client/Matter you want to transfer money from.
If you are transferring from the Operating Account you will need to select the Chart of Accounts.
- Enter the Amount and the Description:
- Select the account you want to Transfer to:
- Select the Client/Matter you're transferring to:
If transferring to an operating account, select the corresponding Chart of Accounts:
- Enter the Amount and the Description for the transfer to:
- Select Save Transfer to finalize the transfer:
