Show Ignored Clio Matters

Overview: This article will walk through the steps of how to show Ignored Clients and Matters in Clio and move them back into the Import Clio Clients and Matters page.

Step 1: Start on the Dashboard page and select  Clients & Matters and Import Clio Clients and  Matters.

Step 2 : This will open up the Import Clio clients and matters page. Select  Show Ignored Matters.

Step 3: This will show you all the Ignored Matters select the  Unignore.

Step 4: Select  Ok in the pop up window.

Step 5: The ignored Clio Clients and Matter will have been moved back to the Import Clio and Matters page and you will be able to select it and import it in.
