Ignoring Synchronized Clio Matters

Overview

This tutorial will walk you through the steps to ignore Clio clients and matters, so they do not synchronize into TrustBooks. You would do this if you have have clients and or matters in Clio that you do no want to import into TrustBooks.

Steps

1. Start on the Dashboard Page.

2. Click the Import Clio Clients and Matters link under the Clients & Matters section.

Note: TrustBooks synchronizes all Clio transactions once an hour. 

3. Select the box next to the Client you want to ignore.

Note: By default the "Import Clio Clients and Matters" screen only shows open clients and matters. To also see closed clients and matters click on the "Show Closed Clients" button.

4. Click the "Ignore Selected Clients" button.  

You will see a message that says "Client is ignored!".
