How to Adjust Your Plan to Tier 3 Team Plan
Overview: This will walk you through the steps on how to adjust your plan to the Tier 3 - Team.
Note: By default, when you start a free trial, it automatically puts you in Tier 1 (Trust Activity Only). If you are wanting full accounting options, you will need to adjust your tier to Tier 2 .
How to adjust your plan to include Operating Accounting
Tier 3 Team Plan Includes Full accounting (Trust Accounting and Operating Accounting), unlimited users, and our team will perform your monthly reconciliations for 1 bank account. Any additional bank accounts is $50 a month. This tier still requires you to enter your monthly data into TrustBooks. Monthly you will submit your bank statements through our Upload Secure File Portal for our team to complete your reconciliations. Once the bank statement is received it typically takes 5-7 business days for completion.
Step 1: Start on the Dashboard and Select Miscellaneous and Manage Firm Settings:
Step 2: On the Manage Firm Settings Page select Manage Billing:
Step 3: On the Manage Billing Page Under Plan Selection select either Tier 3 Monthly or Tier 3 Annual:
Step 4: Select Update Billing in Green in the bottom right-hand corner of the Manage Billing Page.
