Update Your Banking Credentials in TrustBooks

Overview: This article will walk you through the steps on how to update your bank password if it has changed since you integrated with TrustBooks.

Steps:

  1. On the Dashboard Page you will see a red alert prompting you that your Online Banking Credentials are expired.  Click on the link where indicated "here."

  1. On the Manage Banking Credentials page select Reauthorize in Blue 

  1. Work through the Plaid linking process with the Continue Button
