This tutorial will walk you through the steps to add payees in TrustBooks.
1. Start on the Dashboard Page.
2. Click the Payee List link under the Miscellaneous section.
3. Click the Add Payee button.
The New Payee windows is displayed.
4. Enter the Payee Name.
5. Enter the name you want to appear on the check into the Print Name on Check As field.
6. Enter any desired optional fields.
7. Save all changes. You have two options:
Save – information will be saved and you will be redirected to the Dashboard page.
Save & Enter Payment – information will be saved and you have a shortcut option to go directly to the Process Payment page to enter the next payment.
