Exporting a list of Active Matters

Overview: This article will give you the steps to export Active Matters into Excel. 

Steps:

1. Start on the DASHBOARD page and select MATTERS

2. Select View Matter List

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select  from the drop down. 

4. Select Run Reports 

Note: This export will open in EXCEL. It will list Client Name, Matter, Number, Last Activity, Current Balance and Responsible Attorney. Once in EXCEL you will be able to FILTER, SORT etc. with the data. 

To EXPORT a list of all maters, Select Show archived Matters and then EXPORT All Active Matters.
