Digitally Sign Reconciliation as Reviewer

Overview

This tutorial will walk you through the steps to digitally sign off on reconciliations in TrustBooks as the Reviewer.

Steps:

1. From the Navigation Pane select View Reconciliations from the Reconciliations drop-down:

2. Select the Blue Text of the reconciliation you would like to sign off as Reviewer:

3. The Reconciliation Details screen will display. Select the green Mark As Reviewed button to sign off as the Reviewer on the reconciliation:

Then click Confirm on the pop-up warning asking if you are sure you want to mark the reconciliation as reviewed:

The name of the User that signed off as Reviewer will now appear on both the View Reconciliations and Reconciliation Details screens for the reviewed reconciliation:
